I do not know much about this band, just have heard the name since they sent this demo to me. Anyway, thanks guys.

Throne of Stone play death metal and mix some melodic/electronic synth with some of black metal atmosphere, dark ambience and thrash influence. That sound is weird and noisy. I think the influence of the bands such as Decide, Bathory and Emperor on Throne of Stone can be noticed. Actually, in this album of 5 songs 5 styles of metal; for example, when you listen to 'Parched Earth Lament', you guys can be touched by the electronica/industrial beat with the dark black/death metal. In addition, you guys will be touched by the evil synth sound, dark/doom ambience in the last song of this album. That's brilliant, Bro'!

O.K., I hope that Throne of Stone will find their own way and will make something different from other metal bands in their next album. It's going to be great. If you want more information about this band, you can go to myspace.com/throneofstone.

For fans of Death Metal / Black / Dark Ambient / Evil Synth.
