I heard the news about Dutch thrasher "Izegrim" had inked deal with Rusty Cage Records in the early of 2008, past few weeks I got this stuff from Rusty Cage [thanks Bro']. Izegrim is the thrash band who play thrash / death metal hybrid with melodic plus with the female singer in front of the stage that made me remind Angela Gossow from Arch Enemy. Can't deny if the listeners keep compare Krisz (Vocal) with Angela, because of the 'growl' - style to pronounce, that's little bit similarity. That's boil with anger, raving mad in the style of raw black metal root. The music of Izegrim keep walking on the way of old school thrash metal like Testament, Kreator and fill some melodic metal, death metal.

Izegrim was borned in 1996, the members are Kristien - Vocals, Jeroen - Guitar, Bart - Guitar, Marloes - Bass&backing vocals and Joep - Drums, Tribute to Totalitarianism is the second full-length album after released the Guidelines for genocide in 2002.
