Germany thrash quintet [Klaus Spangenberg - Vocals, Jens Pesch - Guitar, Jens Sonntag - Guitar,
Bernd Grob - Bass, Andreas "Andy" Danner - Drums] who falling in love with thrash metal musick 'till they created the first demo album in a name of the band in 1999 and called their styles "Rhein Area Thrash" - definitely influnces came from Bay area in States.
Abyssland is the fourth album of Blood Red Angel (BRA), they backed again after Crime Entertainment, I never heard the songs from BRA, they got tons of influneced from the American Thrasher like Testament, Exodus, Nevermore and the big brother 'Kreator' for this ablum. It's not bad if you got tons of material from the bands. Besides, they try to create it on your way, I like the way that BRA do it on this album. Though, they use the standard pattern of thrash metal music but they filled the various sounds. Also, add the charm to their songs such as melocid power metal, mid tempo ballad drive me falling in love with "Dead End Corridors", a harsh raw furious thrash sounds with Enforced, Demon driven, Ceremony of the condemned.
