Perfidy Biblical comes with US old school death metal style like Immolation, Morbid Angel, mid-tempo, blasting drum, fast picking and guttural vokill in the pattern of US Death metal. Fabio Bava, one of death metaller of Perfidy Biblical will let you know more about their band, let's go!

First of all, please introduce yourself to Thailand.
Fabio Bava | Perfidy Biblical: "We play fucking and raw death metal, inspired by great bands such as Venom and Morbid Angel for all the rest, just read our biography, don't wanna bother you with tons of words".

How's the metal scene in Italy?
Fabio Bava | Perfidy Biblical: "Pretty good. From our country come great bands, of every kinda metal. Something is finally on the way, moving as it was meant to be. It's never too late".

Perfidy Biblical was formed in 1998, you made a stand until now around ten years, that's a fucking long road. How can you keep the step of your band for death metal 'till current?
Fabio Bava | Perfidy Biblical: "It's not hard when you really believe in it. Other prefered to cut their hair, and playing shitty trendy music. We don't and we won't. We will always be a death metal band, that's for sure, because we decided from the very beginning, to follow that choice".

Your band's name talks about Christ in a negative way, right? What's the meaning of your name? Is there something behind the words perfidy and biblical?
Fabio Bava | Perfidy Biblical: "Well, let me know that after years, you're the first one who got very close to the exactly meaning of the band's name. I choose that monicker, for two basic reasons. The first one because in the Catholic creed there's always cocealed something bad, and God is not as good as they say. Then because evil is huge, in everything, biblical in fact means of something that stands for enormous".

Why you choose to convey the evil spirituality of Satan, Anti-Christ by brutal death metal music instead of black metal?
Fabio Bava | Perfidy Biblical: "The main reason is because, death metal is the most brutal music ever made. Also the lyrics in this genre, are more carnal in the way they concept Satanism. If you mean black metal as Venom, for me that's black metal and not stuff from Norway or Sweden. Black metal is more philosophical in the way of playing and standing by the Devil".

What is your inspiration for creating your music? Books? Movies?
Fabio Bava | Perfidy Biblical: "There's an interior way to follow to create our records, that's the only way. So, Devil, Necronomicon or the Satanic Bible are just an external excuse".

Let's talk about your new album "Generation from Dense Lords" in brief, can you talk about music and content on your new album for the metalheads who never heard that?
Fabio Bava | Perfidy Biblical: "It's a concept album, made also of instrumental tracks to improve the sense of spirituality. Just look to the cover, a stone containing the Ancient Ones crushed on the Earth. If you open and watch the inlay, you'll find the result of that".

Can you define the music of Perfidy Biblical?
Fabio Bava | Perfidy Biblical: "Of course! It's death metal!".

What do you think of all the different sounds and styles if compared with million of metal bands?
Fabio Bava | Perfidy Biblical: "Anyone plays heavy metal in his own way, you can list a dozen of styles, but any band and every musician is different from the other. That's the difference, in good or bad. Labels select what they believe as the best or most interesting for the audience, to the fans the duty of choosing".

After the release of "Generation from Dense Lords" in early 2008, how are the responses from the audience and media?
Fabio Bava | Perfidy Biblical: "Not bad. By now we have a new drummer Massimo Quero from Dungeon, and we hope to play a lot of gigs in the next future with him. We'll se what's gonna happen, caring about our own only".
