Dragged into Sunlight, black metallers from Liverpool based, United Kingdom. The band was founded on 2006 and band members are T (Vocals), A (Guitars), C (Bass), J (Drums) and A (Samples).
“Hatred For Mankind” was the first full-length album released in 2008. The album produced by Tom Dring (Wizard Ov Misery) and Master Billy Anderson (Eyshategod, Neurosis and Weedeater). Besides, the artwork on this album resulted from Justin Barlett (Sunn, Gorgoroth) and Mike Diana (Iron Monkey, Autopsy).
The hymns of Dragged into Sunlight are on the black metal root collided with some parts of brutal/ death, grim, fast, cold and dark sludge with hates atmospheres. I don’t have many chances to listen good stuffs that blend between black metal and dark sludge; this is the absolute intense album! The only three songs on the promo i.e. Boiled Angel, Buried with Leeches and Volcanic Birth can prove the mettle of the band that I am certain, they will be the line of troops on the British Black metal scene and world wide.
